CAEC PRO (Virtual): Emergency Contracting and FEMA Funding Updates June 13, 2023 REGISTER!! Cost: Free to APWA Members, $30 for non-members. This workshop will include a brief introduction to emergency contracting. We will touch on what an “emergency” is per RCW definition and what it means for procurement and contracting processes. The majority of the workshop will focus on the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) most recent updates to the contracting and procurement requirements in order to have projects eligible for FEMA funds.
