Levy to Move Seattle
Approved by voters in November 2015, the 9-year, $930 million Levy to Move Seattle provides funding to improve safety for all travelers, maintain our streets and bridges, and invest in reliable, affordable travel options for a growing city. Following a comprehensive assessment of the levy in April 2018, the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) developed an updated workplan with a delivery schedule for all 30 levy subprograms. Additionally, due to the unprecedented private and public development that has increased competition for resources, SDOT is incorporating new processes for identifying and managing project risks to mitigate schedule and budget impacts and completing a comprehensive workload capacity analysis in 2019.
