Asset Management Brown Bag Lunch - June

Description :

You are cordially invited to attend the May brown-bag lunch (BBL) meetings, co-sponsored by the Asset Management Committee and MRSC, to learn more about Asset Management and to network with other agencies in your area. With respect to public infrastructure asset management, your agency probably fits into one of the following groups:

  • Vaguely aware of the need to manage infrastructure better
  • Aware of the need to manage infrastructure better but unsure of how to go about it
  • Very much aware of the need to manage infrastructure better and trying to understand how to do asset management
  • Aware that asset management is necessary and thinking that with the right software program, your organization can do asset management
  • Aware that asset management is necessary and wanting to learn about the processes and available software before jumping in the deep water

If you fit into one of these groups, then you will want to send staff (with their lunches!) to these BBLs. Networking with other local agencies will help you jump start your efforts and at the very least give you moral support.
