CAEC Pro: Construction Cost Estimating is the third APWA - CAEC Committee workshop series offered in 2017. Attendees can earn 5 credit hours towards a Certificate of Achievement.
In this class, we take a look at the construction cost estimate from the owner’s perspective and the contractor’s perspective.
If you are a Project Manager, Construction Manager, Estimator, Contract Administrator, or other project team member, you won’t want to miss this class! You will be given tools, tips, and tricks to help you understand and manage the project estimating process, including all elements of the estimate, why they are included, and how to understand what your estimate is actually buying.

Class runs 9:00am - 3:00pm with short breaks about every hour and a one hour lunch break around noon. Attendees are on their own for lunch.
